I tried to do this … I tried to do this exercise along with her, but my boner threw my core all off and screwed my back up worse. Is it me or did anyone else have to watch this 4 times before I realized the had a head? I only seen nips the first 3 times I watched it, I kept wondering where the the voice kept coming from?

Not 'Shiva', she … Not 'Shiva', she said 'shava-aasanaa', meaning 'corpse-position'. It's just a traditonal name in Sanskrit for the position of the exerciser's body. Nothing there that might compromise your worshipful state -quite on the contrary.

I don't do shava. I pray to The heavenly father who died for all our sins john 3:16. but other than shava or whatever that name is my lower back feels great.
