To be quite honest … To be quite honest I think that you are lean enough.. If you think about it, you're NEVER going to think your lean enough… I don't know… I don't mean to sound rude but how can you not think that you aren't perfect the way you are? You were fine before anyways! lol
Hmmm… it could be … Hmmm… it could be a few things. Intercostal muscles (between ribs), the rhomboids, traps or lats…Each way has a different approach. I will make some more vids on self help.

Do them as you feel … Do them as you feel tight in the low back. There are times when I can do these once in a day and other days I do these several times a day.
hi these exercises … hi these exercises do you need to do them multiple times each time or just the once each morning.just lifted a car axle and " caught me appreciate reply as not keen on taking medicine/tablets.
