First, let me say this, I hate cell phones! I do not own one! My wife, daughters, son, son-in law, heck, practically everyone I know has a cell phone and they can’t live without them. I use one when I have to, for emergencies and to protect myself from the possibility of being stranded miles from home and no way to call for help. You see, no matter how far along you are in your walking program, there is always a chance something could happen, and you need to protect yourself…so a cell phone is necessary.
